Welcome to StageInside. By accessing or using our AI-powered virtual staging platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

StageInside provides an AI-powered platform that enables users to:

• Transform empty rooms into virtually staged spaces
• Restyle existing furnished rooms with different design aesthetics
• Convert architectural sketches into photorealistic renders
• Edit and refine AI-generated designs
• Blend HDR bracketed photos for professional results
• Receive AI-powered interior design consultation

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and credit allocations. Prices are displayed on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

4.3 Credits

Each subscription plan includes a monthly allocation of credits. Credits are used for AI generations and do not roll over to the next billing period unless otherwise specified. Additional credits may be purchased separately.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. Contact our support team for refund requests.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the images and content you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transform your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5.2 Generated Content

You own the AI-generated images created using your User Content through the Service, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying content. You may use generated images for personal and commercial purposes, including real estate listings and marketing materials.

5.3 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by StageInside and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Create deceptive or misleading representations of properties
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to bypass security measures or access restrictions
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our AI technology generates virtual staging images based on your input. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated images are virtual representations and may not be 100% accurate
• Generated images should not be used to misrepresent the actual condition of a property
• You are responsible for ensuring generated images comply with real estate advertising regulations in your jurisdiction
• We recommend clearly disclosing that images are virtually staged when used in listings

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND
• WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StageInside, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to access the Service will immediately cease
• You will not be entitled to any refund of subscription fees
• We may delete your account data after a reasonable period

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties
• If negotiation fails, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules
• You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StageInside regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
